  • Doorstep pickup and inspection services
  • Secure Payment processing
  • Refurbished device sales

3. Transaction Terms

3.1 Proposals and Estimates

All price quotes and estimates are valid for a specific period and are subject to physical inspection of the device.

3.2 Payment Terms

  • Payments are initiated upon successful physical verification of the device.
  • We offer instant payment through UPI, IMPS, or Cash.
  • Additional verification may be required for high-value transactions.
  • Prices may be revised if the actual condition differs from the initial description.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

4.1 User Content

You retain all rights to any personal data on your devices. However, you are responsible for backing up and removing all data before handing over the device for sale.

4.2 Ownership Transfer

Upon final payment, SellInstant assumes full ownership of the device and any included accessories.

5. Service Process

5.1 Timeline

Pickup timelines are estimated and based on your location and our logistics availability.

5.2 Cancellations

You can cancel your pickup request at any time before our executive reaches your location.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Termination

Either party may cancel the transaction before the final handover and payment. We reserve the right to refuse service if the device is found to be stolen, counterfeit, or illegally obtained.

8. Warranty

Due to the nature of our business buying used electronics, we purchase devices "as-is". For any refurbished devices sold, specific warranty terms will be provided at the time of purchase.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the agreed price of the device. We are not liable for any data loss, consequential damages, or lost profits.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be effective immediately upon publishing on our website.
